Payment is taken through PayPal only! Full payment must be sent in order for any work to begin.

Refunds: Full refund will only be given if requested before any work is done. 50% refund can be requested at any point before flat colors are finished on a fully shaded piece, and before colors are started on a flat color piece. After that point no refund will be given.

You must provide a clear, relatively high-quality reference of an existing character for me to work from. I will not work from a description, or from art where parts of the character are covered/not visible. I do NOT make custom characters and will not create a design for you on the spot for me to draw.

Changes will not be made once your artwork is completely finished and approved by you (unless there is a mistake on my part that should be fixed)

I try to keep turnaround times pretty quick, but I do work a full-time job and have a life outside of art that can keep me busy! I appreciate understanding and patience if your commission is taking longer than expected.
